Private Pay
If you don’t have health insurance or you don’t want to use it for counseling services then self pay is an option. I accept payment at the time of service in the form of credit card or HSA/FSA debit cards.
In-Network
I am an in-network provider with First Choice Health. I am in the process of credentialing with additional health insurances. Stay tuned!
If I’m not paneled with your health insurance, I can provide you with an invoice for services called a “Superbill.” You can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement (if you have out-of-network benefits). The full rate of counseling is due at the time of service.
