One of my favorite parts about being a Mental Health Therapist is witnessing the mind and body’s innate ability to heal. I strive to build relationships with the folks I support that are based in collaboration and trust. I recognize that being vulnerable with someone new can be challenging, so you get to set the pace. I value the expertise of your lived experience. Together we will explore what a life worth living looks like for you.

I provide a therapeutic presence that is relational, active, and at times humorous. I use a trauma-informed approach with a humanistic lens. Some of the modalities and frameworks I use include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Self Compassion, and Feminist Theory. I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) clinician, which is a type of therapy for helping people process distressing emotions and traumatic experiences.
